What is ForChore?
ForChore is a family app designed to teach kids responsibility, gratitude, and financial literacy—one chore at a time.
As a parent, I built this app out of personal experience. Watching my 12-year-old daughter and her friends grow up in a world of constant screens and instant gratification, I realized something important: this generation is smart, curious, and tech-savvy—but often disconnected from everyday responsibilities and the value of hard work. They want things fast, but they don’t always understand what it takes to earn them.
That’s why I created ForChore—a platform that turns daily habits into life lessons. It’s not about bribing kids to help around the house. It’s about building a healthy structure: where certain chores are expected and unpaid, and where extra effort unlocks real rewards. Kids must complete their basic responsibilities before they can earn money for going above and beyond.
Alongside chores, ForChore helps children develop gratitude. They can log what they’re thankful for, receive love tokens for kind acts, and set savings goals they actually want to achieve.
Everything is parent-controlled—from chore lists to allowance amounts—making it flexible for every family.
This is more than an app. It’s a parenting tool built with heart.
